ForgeSync uses a mirror pattern: your local .joy/ directory is the source of truth. Changes flow outward through joyint.com to the external forge. Teams can continue using their existing forge while Joy handles planning and governance.

Jon Planned

Natural language interface for the Joyint ecosystem. Jon translates plain language into Joy and Jot commands, manages the toolchain (jon install, jon update, jon doctor), and aggregates context across multiple projects. Two-tier intelligence: a pattern router for instant offline responses and an external LLM for complex reasoning.
